Due to the nature of this print on demand small business, we are only able to make any changes to an existing order within one hour of the order being placed. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have before placing an order to make sure you get the product we know you’ll love. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your item is lost in transit and never arrived, please contact us within 7 days after your expected delivery date. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
If your item is damaged upon receiving it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a picture of the damaged item. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Shipping
Most products take around 5-7 business days to arrive. Refer to each item under "Shipping and Returns" to find out each products timeline.
Dropshipping is simply working with third party vendors to create and ship products to you without having any stock in hand.
Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Product Info
Please refer to our size guide to get a good idea of what size you should order. All Comfort Colors items are pre-shrunk.
T-shirts, Long Sleeves, Hoodies, and Sweatshirts: We highly recommend washing your new apparel in cold water and inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or dry clean. Iron inside out on low heat. Do not iron printed area as it will harm the design.
Hats and Beanies: Spot clean with water and a washcloth.
Camping Mugs: Do not microwave. Hand wash only.
Stickers: Wipe off any dust or dirt with a washcloth, dry or wet.
